Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Jukebox experience. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Unopened/unused products in original packaging are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Opened personal-care items (e.g., soaps, deodorants) are generally not returnable for safety/hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@myjukebox.com with subject “Return Request – Order #”.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
  3. Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process any approved refund within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

U.S.-Only / Free Shipping: We currently ship only within the United States and offer free standard shipping. Original shipping fees (if any expedited option was chosen) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For a fast exchange, place a new order and process the original item as a return if eligible.
