Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses (including the 48 contiguous states, APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, and Hawaii). International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Transit time: typically 3–6 business days
  • Tracking provided by email

Expedited (If offered at checkout)

  • Calculated at checkout
  • Transit time: typically 2–3 business days
  • Non-refundable once shipped

Order Changes & Address Issues

We start preparing orders quickly; if you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses submitted incorrectly.

Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address you provided.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us and we’ll do our best to assist.
