Welcome to Jukebox on jukeboxlife.us (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Dr. Squatch, LLC, 4065 Glencoe Ave, Suite 300B, Marina del Rey, CA 90292, USA (“Jukebox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and the purchase of our soap, deodorant, and other personal-care products (the “Products”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state to use the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are offers to purchase and subject to acceptance by us.
• We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limits, suspected fraud, or pricing/typographical errors.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Product Use & Safety

Our Products are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. We do not provide medical advice or make medical claims.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

We currently ship only within the United States. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for timing and details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain items (e.g., opened personal-care products) may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.

6. Subscriptions (if offered)

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you skip, pause, or cancel in your account portal per the instructions provided at checkout and in your order emails.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, its content, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Jukebox/Dr. Squatch, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.

8. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews or other content, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes, subject to applicable law.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Interfering with Site security or operations;
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentations;
• Using robots, scrapers, or similar tools without permission.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

AS IS. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jukebox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jukebox from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site or Products or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
